Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, oversight, and overall management of traffic engineering projects and studies across Minnesota.
  • •Provide assistance and technical expertise for traffic engineering projects within the Midwest region.
  • •Support Traffic team growth by collaborating with technical leads and meeting with clients to develop and expand work and strategic partnerships.
  • •Manage project development tasks including technical analysis and plan and report production in a multi-project environment.
  • •Lead business development activities including client intelligence gathering, leading pursuits/proposal development, and manpower and fee estimates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (traffic emphasized) or another related field.

  • •At least 5 years leading and managing traffic engineering projects.
  • •Deep understanding of public sector transportation/traffic project procurement across multiple agencies.
  • •Strong ability to lead proposal development and form consultant partnerships, with proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
