Video System Manager

Own the day-to-day customer contract relationships for mobile video and vehicle intelligence solutions, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations, SLAs, and assigned scope. Serve as the single point of contact for video services, coordinate field resources and technical change execution, and drive case management and escalations to resolution. Build trusted advisor relationships, help renew agreements, maintain up-to-date operational documents, and partner with internal teams to support end-to-end service quality.
