Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
  • •Understand and execute Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
