Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and execute planning, design, and delivery of overhead transmission line projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules and conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings to align deliverables and tasks.
  • •Coordinate with clients on project status, maintain multi-disciplinary project workflow and communication, and forecast requirements for resource planning.
  • •Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and support project development with disciplined engineering practices and construction support.
  • •Support the Project Manager with status reports, scope/schedule/budget, identify scope variances, and mentor project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post-education engineering experience with prior civil design experience.
  • •Engineer in Training Certification.
  • •Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
  • •Strong transmission line fundamentals and deep experience with PLS-CADD operation.
