Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair a fleet of rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the Odessa facility, using real-time data to diagnose issues and determine corrective actions. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and keep daily documentation. Assist with training lower-level technicians, perform pick-up/delivery as needed, and travel to customer sites when required. Work Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling.
