Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope and objectives based on functional requirements.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations, covering critical scenarios and edge cases.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users, providing support and documenting results with stakeholder sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams, maintaining detailed documentation of tests, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional test scenarios.
  • •Experience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and ADO.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
