Key Responsibilities

•Ingest, clean, and validate large datasets related to compensation and organizational structures and ensure data integrity across client segments.
•Develop an understanding of compensation trends and organizational structures in Financial Services to contextualize data and provide insights.
•Support benchmarking and analytics projects with relevance and accuracy for sector-specific needs.
•Partner with consultants and stakeholders to deliver compensation benchmarking and organizational consulting engagements.
•Identify data issues, propose solutions to improve quality and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow.
