Job Summary

Ensure Citizens Live at The Wylie is inclusive and accessible for all guests by maintaining venue accessibility standards and service frameworks. Partner with venue leaders and the national Accessibility and Inclusivity team to implement and locally own accessibility touchpoints, provide pre- and day-of-show guest support, coordinate staff training, and serve as the main point of contact for accessibility-related requests. Produce post-event reporting to identify trends and guide improvements.

Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with venue leaders to design accessibility service frameworks and pre-show/day-of-show standards and processes aligned with ADA and other guidelines.
•Serve as the main point of contact for guests with disabilities, handling accessibility-related requests and communicating available services, facilities, and policies.
•Survey and help ensure venue areas (circulation spaces, seating, restrooms, entrances, and exits) are accessible and meet standards set by the national team.
•Facilitate large-scale on-site staff training and lead sections for venue crew members designed by the national Accessibility and Inclusivity team.
•Complete post-event reporting to identify trends and provide guidance for future accessibility improvements.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of ADA requirements and other accessibility standards, with experience working with or familiarity with various disabilities and their needs.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating effectively with individuals with diverse needs.
•Strong problem-solving skills to address accessibility challenges and find effective solutions.
•Composure and organization in a hectic, loud event environment, with a flexible, one-team mindset.
•Ability to perform constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying equipment.
