Job Summary

Seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead a high-impact, multi-year nationwide modernization program within Motorola Solutions’ PMO. You’ll support the Lead PM across task management, governance, scheduling, and WBS development, coordinating distributed teams (PMs, Engineers, Technicians) and ensuring alignment with Sales goals and customer relationships in a federal contracting environment.

Location: Maryland, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, Washington DC

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct PMO support to the Lead PM, including creation and management of task lists, action item registries, and meeting minutes.
•Collaborate on the development of Statements of Work (SOW), RACI matrices, and staffing requirement plans for governance and staffing.
•Contribute to integrated scheduling and the development of the total program schedule; assist in creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
•Coordinate lifecycle management of concurrent design and deployment contracts across distributed teams of PMs, Engineers, and Service Technicians.
•Maintain tight alignment with Sales goals, strategic business plans, and customer relationship management while ensuring third-party performance and compliance.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

•Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience OR 5+ years of project/program management or similar business experience
•Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers

•Ability to work within driving distance of D.C. and travel regionally (25-50%)
