Job Summary

Manage and improve the end-to-end bid process to deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. Lead bid kick-offs, build and run bid plans, track progress and risks, and coordinate bid cost structures with an offshore estimator. Prepare and validate RFP documentation, manage portal registrations and submissions, and support bid P&L and win strategy with sales leadership. Maintain reusable bid assets and run post-bid reviews for continuous improvement.
