Job Summary

Operate dump trucks, end dumps, and/or belly dumps safely and efficiently, delivering aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to residential and commercial locations. Use end dump/belly dump equipment and tarping systems as needed, maintain time and material records, follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively using the two-way radio while maneuvering and backing with a pup trailer.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate dump trucks, end dumps, and/or belly dumps (with and without pups) with appropriate safety and efficiency.
•Deliver aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to residential and commercial locations.
•Maintain time and material records.
•Communicate effectively on the radio system and communicate with teams using two-way radio.
•Perform backing, maneuvering, and connecting/disconnecting of pup trailers.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–2 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education/experience).
•Valid state commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A or Class B with appropriate endorsements.
•Valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
•Ability to communicate using a two-way radio and follow verbal and written instructions.
•Ability to maneuver and back with a pup trailer, including connecting and disconnecting the pup trailer.
