Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including low-yield analysis and setup failure debug and resolution (hardware and software).
  • •Conduct detailed analytical studies on production issues and coordinate with product engineering teams on improvements to test program, hardware, and setup.
  • •Drive productivity improvement projects such as yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion/removal, legacy tester conversion.
  • •Support new product release from the development site and perform rigorous buyoff for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead and support introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes to manufacturing, including qualification and change management approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, or related.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Knowledge of wafer fabrication, device physics, circuit analysis, and data analysis.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment.
