Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EPS business planning cycles, including the 3-year strategic plan and annual budget/forecast cycles in partnership with Finance.
  • •Define go-to-market and growth strategies across EPS verticals and run market and competitive analysis.
  • •Prepare high-impact executive materials (Board, Group, internal reviews, live updates) to support decision-making.
  • •Lead and deliver cross-functional transformation initiatives, including governance, timelines, and stakeholder alignment with teams across Product, Tech, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.
  • •Define and execute EPS pricing strategy, build financial models/business cases for major deals, and provide insights into revenue, margins, and performance drivers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree from a leading university in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong experience in strategy, consulting, and transformation roles.
  • •Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including Excel-based business cases and data analysis.
  • •Strong communication and storytelling skills with PowerPoint capabilities.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end (French strongly preferred; fluent in English).
