Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key store operational processes, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps as needed.
  • •Champion operational standards for the salesfloor using business performance data, and support sell-through with accurate inventory counts and coordinated receiving.
  • •Partner with the General Manager to represent the business, manage budget/reporting, and inform quarterly business review and sales planning.
  • •Lead the Operations team through coaching and development, establish recruiting/succession pipeline, and write effective schedules for peak trading periods and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry and move items up to 10-15KG, and safely perform physical tasks (including ladder use).
