Operations Manager - Bondi Junction

Lead store operations as part of the store leadership team, driving an efficient, customer-ready store through strong inventory management and labor planning. Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, manage salesfloor operational standards using business performance data, and support sell-through by coordinating inventory counts and product receiving. Represent the business in meetings, partner on budgeting and reporting, and lead and schedule an operations team aligned with ALO’s mission and guiding principles.
