  • •Drive strategic engagement through reviews and strategy sessions with coaches and directors to provide education, roadmaps, and long-term renewal support.
  • •Champion the Hudl ecosystem by communicating the value of the full suite and identifying gaps that can be bridged by broader offerings.
  • •Use engagement and health metrics to keep churn low and prioritize at-risk accounts before they leave.
