Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a consistent physical presence and provide compassionate chaplain care across assigned facilities while adhering to safety protocols.
  • •Spend at least 40% of the workday actively engaging with team members across accessible areas (e.g., production floor, offices, shipping docks, hatcheries, feed mills).
  • •Provide spiritual and emotional guidance to team members and their immediate families while respecting unique beliefs and experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient English communication (speaking, reading, writing); bilingual skills preferred.
