Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a day-to-day organizational partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping drive senior and strategic searches forward.
  • •Manage approximately 8–10 active searches by tracking candidates, interviews, feedback, decisions, and next steps.
  • •Coordinate complex interview processes across multiple time zones, including scheduling and candidate communications.
  • •Maintain accurate candidate and search information in Greenhouse and other recruiting/project management systems.
  • •Support global Talent Acquisition reporting/operations and executive search firm administration, including CFO offer approval request preparation and invoice tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Recent college graduate (Spring 2025–Spring 2026) with a strong academic record and interest in learning about asset management, financial services, or Human Resources.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to bring structure to large amounts of information.
  • •Strong attention to detail and instinct for accuracy, with analytical comfort working with data.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools to synthesize information and improve efficiency of recurring workflows.
