Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • •Manage design scope to ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme constraints.
  • •Identify project resourcing needs and engage with relevant team leaders to ensure adequate resource allocation in line with project needs.
  • •Demonstrate strong technical understanding and maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations.
  • •Lead the quality assurance process for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • •Proactively looks to improve project delivery through technical design, championing the implementation of standardisation, low carbon design etc
  • •Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.

  • •Work with team management to identify general skillset deficiencies within the wider team and contribute to plans to resolve issues.
