Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor in the Key Private Client Program by building and managing a plan-based relationship with clients holding up to $2M in investable assets. Assess financial wellness needs, gather and document client information, and deliver customized recommendations through investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines through centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teammates, support branch transactions, and maintain required compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations.
•Build and maintain a referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller line transactions as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions to be helpful (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
