Key Responsibilities

  • •After completing the Graduate Training Program, work as an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls in a predetermined office location.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on the design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Identify customer needs across the full sales cycle, solve customer challenges, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • •Develop sales strategies, create and execute territory plans, and meet sales targets by securing design wins and managing the sales channel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering) completed before the Graduate Training Program start date.
  • •U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to relocate temporarily for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI.
  • •Pass a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations (including listed serious infractions) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Have prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or the capability to begin in-office work 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
