Key Responsibilities

•Lead onboarding execution and definition of the customer success plan.
•Partner with direct sales to expand sales within accounts via adoption/expanded use of Falcon Flex and build relationships with key decision makers.
•Serve as post-sale primary contact for onboarding, activation, Flex usage, and value realization.
•Navigate large enterprise sales environments to understand customer needs and develop competitive propositions for CrowdStrike’s product portfolio.
•Drive renewals by demonstrating realized value and Flex consumption progress.
