Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and management of comprehensive budgets for large-scale projects and departments aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Supervise preparation of detailed cost estimates, incorporating risks to ensure accuracy.
  • •Track project expenditures continuously, analyze cost variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management on key metrics, trends, and potential issues.
  • •Review and manage complex contracts for compliance with financial terms, resolve cost-related disputes, and lead/mentor the cost control team while supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost control and estimating packages such as CCS (Candy).
  • •Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis/cost accounting methodologies.
  • •Advanced project management knowledge and analytical skills to interpret cost data, trends, and variances.
  • •ERP proficiency preferably SAP functional skills; MS applications and Primavera 6 are referenced as computer skills.
