Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on installation-related issues in (re)development and new construction projects.
  • •Support and advise on acquisition/sale transactions, second opinions, and refinancing processes.
  • •Conduct monitoring and quality controls, including on maintenance planning and recommendations.
  • •Prepare technical descriptions and specifications, and guide tendering for execution work.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and protect both technical and commercial interests.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed HBO or WO degree in a technical field (e.g., installation engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering).
  • •0 to about 8+ years of relevant experience in installation consulting and/or delivering construction projects.
  • •Affinity with maintenance, renovation, inspections, and cost assessment.
  • •A goal-oriented, pragmatic, quality-conscious working style with a sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
  • •Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to combine technical content with commercial interests.
