Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert makeup applications and tailored product demonstrations based on individual client needs.
•Drive sales performance by achieving targets, improving conversion rates, and maximizing average transaction value.
•Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools and strategies to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and brand guidelines to ensure professional and credible representation.
•Support daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
