Job Summary

Support strategy and operational governance for a multi-branded Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization by maintaining accurate data and reporting inputs. Prepare and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers, update dashboards, and ensure consistency between source systems and outputs. Maintain operational data across PO, PR, milestone, and ECN systems, follow SOPs, identify data gaps or execution risks, and escalate issues for resolution with specialists or managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers, including updating dashboards and validating data across systems.
•Support consistent reporting by ensuring alignment between source systems and reporting outputs and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
•Maintain operational data across Product Development systems (PO, PR, milestone, ECN), ensuring records are up to date and milestones are accurately reflected.
•Document operational updates according to defined processes and established SOPs.
•Follow governance standards, proactively identify data gaps/inconsistencies or execution risks, and escalate to the Specialist or Manager for resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage.
•Comfort working with structured processes, systems, and reporting tools.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
