Drive the overall performance of Audemars Piguet’s first official Australian boutique by delivering an exceptional, highly personalized client experience and achieving business objectives. Build the boutique’s presence from the ground up, grow a high-value HNW client base, and lead retail strategy, operations, and KPI performance. Lead, coach, and develop the team, maintain strong CRM-driven client engagement, and ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive boutique performance, increasing traffic, market share, and profitability while aligning to brand standards and retail vision.
•Ensure an exceptional, consistent customer experience across the full client journey.
•Build and develop a high-value client base from the ground up, including HNW/client acquisition and long-term development.
•Monitor boutique performance through KPIs, sales pipeline, conversion, and manage the client database (CRM).
•Lead, coach, and develop the team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including significant leadership responsibilities.
•Proven leadership in managing boutique or flagship environments with strong commercial accountability.
•Extensive client-centric experience engaging HNW or top-tier (VIC) clientele.
•Established network within the Australian luxury and high-end ecosystem.
•Ability to drive performance by managing KPIs, sales pipeline, conversion, and delivering results.
