Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable product/team discovery and experimentation, evolving product strategy using feedback loops.
  • •Own agile practices across the team/product group/journey, including coaching on events, cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and success metrics.
  • •Champion Agile ways of working and support routines such as QPP and scaling an Agile working toolkit through coaching and training.
  • •Lead agile tool tactics for product roadmaps, OKRs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration.
  • •Monitor agile/team metrics and identify communication gaps that affect alignment, delivery, or adoption.
