Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise an accounting team (2-3 people), ensuring effective task distribution and professional development.
  • •Prepare group consolidation adjustments and analyze GAAP differences (local GAAP vs. US GAAP).
  • •Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group and perform flux analyses with justifications for major variances.
  • •Collaborate on external audits and assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • •Oversee and review group accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations across the group, and drive ERP and tooling enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance (Big 4 experience is a must)
  • •Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • •Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations
  • •Experience with external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting
