Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in evaluating and executing investment transactions including M&A, securities issuance, and capital restructuring.
  • •Provide financial analysis reports and extensive financial statement modeling for multiple transaction scenarios.
  • •Prepare pitch materials and marketing documentation, including board/management presentations and client meeting materials.
  • •Conduct company and industry research, analyze model outputs, and prioritize data and conclusions for discussion.
  • •Work with legal counsel and clients/sponsors to support due diligence and draft/negotiation of legal documentation, while playing a key leadership role throughout execution (including supervising/ developing analyst-level bankers).

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of direct experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, leveraged finance, or capital markets with proven client interaction.
  • •Undergraduate degree from a leading university with a strong academic record.
  • •MBA is a strong plus but not required based on experience.
  • •Preferred attendance in a formal investment or corporate banking training program (not required).
  • •Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience with financial services software (e.g., S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet).
