Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues for installations and ongoing support of NVIDIA networking products, with emphasis on InfiniBand and NVLink.
  • •Respond to customer support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls, assisting with technical questions and issue debugging.
  • •Investigate and resolve issues across installation, operation, maintenance, product applications, and interoperability with other vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years providing in-depth customer support and debugging for large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments, including InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU-related infrastructure.
  • •Ability to resolve sophisticated customer issues through meticulous research and reproduction, focusing on NVIDIA InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU technologies and end-to-end solutions.
  • •Strong networking knowledge of protocols and routing (IP, L2, L3) at CCNP/CompTIA Networking+ and Cloud+ level.
  • •Hands-on debugging experience using tools such as TCPDUMP and Wireshark (or similar packet analysis tools), plus configuration and operational expertise with network switch/router platforms.
  • •Linux system administration and networking/performance experience (LFCS/RHCSA level), including containerized solutions and virtualization (KVM/ESXi) with cloud infrastructure (AWS/OCI).
