Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot information systems, applications, servers, and peripheral hardware in mission-critical environments.
  • •Perform day-to-day IT operations including system repairs, software updates, patching, and hardware replacements.
  • •Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues related to system access, networking, applications, and workstation performance.
  • •Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering or cybersecurity teams as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical support, system maintenance, or IT operations.
  • •Current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI status.
  • •ITIL Foundations v4 certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months) and 8140 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • •Proficiency with Active Directory, MS Office, system software, server software, and workstation troubleshooting tools.
  • •Knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, routers, databases, and system security best practices.
