Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience and a Juris doctorate degree (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •8-10+ years of experience practicing in-house or at a law firm, with at least 5 years focused on product or regulatory counseling in Finance or FinTech.
  • •Admitted to and in good standing with a state bar.
  • •Ability to provide timely, concise, business-focused legal advice on federal and state consumer financial and consumer protection laws, including data privacy laws.
  • •Ability to provide legal and regulatory guidance on product design/modification, identify risks, recommend mitigation, and ensure legal compliance and proper disclosures.
