Principal Product Manager - Lighthouse

Own Lighthouse end-to-end as a product leader: define the strategy and operating model (ICP, value prop, entitlements, success metrics), drive a differentiated customer experience across pre-sale, launch, and ongoing value delivery, and ship multi-location capabilities into the one platform. Partner with Sales, Launch, Customer Success/Support, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering, while spending meaningful time with sophisticated restaurant groups to translate customer signal into measurable outcomes.
