Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assigned CFR and FOB export contracts for bulk agricultural commodity shipments supporting Mexico and Central America trade flows.
  • •Prepare, review, and coordinate export documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and related shipping documents.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Merchandising, Logistics Operations, terminals, customers, vessel agents, surveyors, freight forwarders) to support successful shipment execution.
  • •Monitor vessel execution milestones and help resolve documentation discrepancies, delays, and operational issues.
  • •Support Mexico rail and warehousing execution, including shipment coordination, documentation, border/customs requirements, inventory movements, reconciliation, customer releases, and system updates.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, trade execution, or international transportation.
  • •Bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • •Knowledge of NAEGA, GAFTA, or ANEC trade terms and international grain documentation practices.
