Key Responsibilities

  • •Create quotes for service agreements and quoted works supporting Service Account Managers and Controls Service Account Managers.
  • •Prepare cost estimates covering materials, subcontractors, purchased equipment, and labor for bidding and pricing.
  • •Develop detailed scopes, including system sketches, exceptions/exclusions, preliminary proposals, and points lists.
  • •Perform take-off and pricing of purchased equipment to ensure accurate quantities, configurations, voltage, and options.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk items, develop subcontractor scope of work, and hold pre-bid meetings with Account Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associates degree in engineering or engineering technology, or 1 to 3 years of related estimating experience, or 5 years HVAC Technician experience.
  • •Working knowledge of construction disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • •Preferred experience with financial and business acumen, including delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • •Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
