Job Summary

Responsible for defined product lines, setting business plans and growth strategies, and coordinating with marketing, sales and finance to execute category plans. Analyzes customer feedback and KPIs to drive improvements, manages product line performance, and represents the team with partners and the sales force to grow profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Contributes and actively participates in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
•Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure the seamless execution of category plans.
•Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
•Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and data to understand needs and translate insights into actionable improvements.
•Holds responsibility for product line and quota management for a significant share of the product range or a specific customer segment.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; or commensurate experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience in category management, P&L management, or related field (or 3-5 years with advanced degree).
•Strong understanding of product categories, business management, and sales strategies.
•Experience with Agile Methodology and data analytics to inform business decisions.
•Ability to gather and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
