Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance activities on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Execute scheduled PM routines including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and replacement of wear parts.
  • •Troubleshoot non-functioning electrical or mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process, including dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and installing/assembling equipment.
  • •Create PM reports, system failure logs, and maintain or update PM specifications and maintenance procedures.
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, suppliers, and construction teams for equipment configuration changes, experiments/data collection, and tool installation/conversion during factory ramps while escalating overdue/critical PM tasks to engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience in equipment maintenance or a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • •Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing in an Assembly and Finish environment (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with PM schedules, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures (preferred).
  • •Able to stand long during working hours and support OT or a 12-hour day shift when needed.
