Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to perform line maintenance on customer aircraft and provide backshop support for components requiring repair.
  • •Collaborate daily with the customer CAMO to ensure resources are in place for agreed maintenance activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with all procedures associated with line maintenance and report incidents to senior management.
  • •Complete aircraft paperwork, technical logs, and work packs accurately and within required timescales before handback to the customer.
  • •Support the Part-145 MRO leadership team with assigned tasks, maintain tooling/materials/components, and perform ad hoc tasks as requested.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a DEMAR Part-66 B1.3 or B2 license.
  • •At least 6 months’ recent experience on heavy helicopters.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced maintenance environment, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn in-house systems.
  • •Right to live and work in Germany and willingness to undergo security clearance (at least Ü2 level).
