Job Summary

Support delivery of two European Commission funded ERC Consolidator Grants, working closely with the PIs across Music and African Studies and Anthropology. Manage project boards, workstreams, and working groups by planning, tracking milestones and KPIs, monitoring budgets, and producing progress reports. Serve as a key administrative point of contact between the Birmingham-based team and international collaborators, contribute to communications plans, and help maintain up-to-date project management practice.

•Highly proficient IT skills, including the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to produce reports, identify and resolve issues, and work effectively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders.
