Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end integrated planning and rolling forecasting, including assumptions through leadership alignment and annual operating plan support.
  • •Co-own the consolidated P&L outlook, connecting revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, EBITDA, and cash implications of decisions.
  • •Build driver-based models linking commercial activity, customer delivery, workforce capacity, and profitability while making risks and trade-offs explicit.
  • •Develop and run delivery capacity and demand planning with Delivery and Delivery Operations to surface capacity gaps and margin pressure early.
  • •Own the FP&A functional roadmap for Pigment and governed AI workflows, creating dashboards and AI-enabled self-serve variance analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, including experience leading and developing others.
  • •Experience helping scale a Series D or comparable high-growth company.
  • •Enterprise SaaS, platform, or healthcare technology background with ownership across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, workforce planning, and executive reporting.
  • •Delivery/resource-capacity planning experience linking supply, demand, utilization, revenue, and margin.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and hands-on experience with Pigment, including model building, administration, or implementation; AI/automation experience in Finance is a meaningful advantage.
