Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as key real estate business partner across regional brands to drive guideline adoption and cost-saving initiatives.
  • •Challenge and validate local team space and rent/Capex budget needs against global benchmarks.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management for office construction, relocations, reinstatement, and build-outs.
  • •Oversee Capex budgeting and track real estate capital expenditure; execute optimization opportunities and support lease negotiations.
  • •Maintain lease administration data quality in Tango and ensure health and safety compliance through auditing and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, or commercial real estate advisory in a global or high-growth tech environment.
  • •Proven track record managing multi-format portfolios (e.g., corporate offices, retail stores, warehouses).
  • •Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end, large-scale office construction projects, lease negotiations, and workplace design implementations.
  • •Excellent understanding of property laws, permits, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with Lease Management Systems (preferably Tango) and advanced Excel skills for Lease and Capex tracking.
