Job Summary

Lead cross-functional teams to qualify new products for network switch applications, performing characterization, skew-lot analysis, and HTOL/ESD/LU qualification; seamlessly transfer qualified products to manufacturing, set up BOMs and test flows, drive yield improvements and cost savings, and proactively pursue process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional teams to support new product qualification and perform product characterization, define process window through skew lot analysis, and carry out HTOL/ESD/LU qualification.
•Seamlessly transfer qualified new products to manufacturing ecosystem by setting up product BOM, establishing test flow, and implementing product yield triggering limits and quality control.
•Proactively explore opportunities for improvements to reduce defects, improve yield and product margin, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
•Work on fab/assembly process improvement activities, support manufacturing ramp, and perform risk assessment and mitigation for new product development.
•Lead product yield excursions, define business impact, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•BS, MS or PhD in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Science/Physics) and 7+ years of experience in new product engineering or development for network switch applications.
•Strong understanding of product characterization, skew-lot analysis, and HTOL/ESD/LU qualification.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in SPC and DOE (advantage).
•Executive level presentation skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
•Strong data collection/analysis skills and problem-solving abilities.
