Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed pricing analysis, including development of rates, rating plans, and portfolio management strategies.
  • •Provide input and guidance to actuarial, statistical, and IT functions to support pricing tools across multiple platforms.
  • •Lead support for pricing tools and related monitoring, including working knowledge of underlying predictive models.
  • •Build and maintain governance and monitoring frameworks; support rate filing indications and evaluation of pricing levels.
  • •Support cross-functional “Virtuous Circle” meetings and maintain strong communication and collaboration within and between teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,200 - 217,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Successful completion of 5+ actuarial exams (FCAS or equivalent) with 2+ years in the actuarial area OR 3+ actuarial exams with 3+ years (Senior Actuarial Analyst level).
  • •Bachelors degree in Mathematics/Statistics or Actuarial Sciences plus 5+ years in the actuarial area (Associate Actuary level).
  • •ACAS or equivalent international certification (Associate Actuary level).
  • •Successful completion of Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (with Associates degree) OR Bachelors degree plus actuarial exam progress (Senior Actuarial Analyst level).
  • •Proficiency in pricing studies (rate indications, trend studies, parameter analysis) and pricing tools (development, deployment, monitoring).
