Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement product strategy, including segmentation, value proposition, pricing and go-to-market plans for SME business banking.
•Oversee full product lifecycle and ensure offerings align with customer journey and performance metrics.
•Lead, mentor and manage a team of product managers to drive delivery and innovation.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration with BBD, GTB, ITD, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Vendors and other partners to enable digital transformation and ecosystem partnerships.
•Lead data-driven campaigns and training to support sales, cross-selling and product penetration across SME client base.

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate degree with a specialization in cash management, project management, or related fields.
•Strong understanding of transaction banking solutions that suit Business Banking segments.
•Experience leading a team of product managers and mentoring staff.
•Entrepreneurial ability and energy to visualize, develop and execute plans.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across cultures and cross-functional teams.
