Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize developer environments and feedback loops using Dev Containers, smart PR validation workflows, and automated code review optimizations.
  • •Lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives across the GitHub ecosystem, internal library optimization, and developer tooling efficiency.
  • •Directly lead a team of 6+ engineers to build enterprise developer productivity solutions.
  • •Foster engineering culture through mentoring, developer advocacy, and setting technical standards across large engineering organizations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 202,400 - 231,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience leading a team in an agile environment.
  • •At least 4 years of direct people leadership experience (talent development, performance management, team building, succession planning).
  • •At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • •Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including security, automated testing, CI/CD, and system resiliency.
  • •Preferred: experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service, plus full-stack development and financial/tech industry exposure.
