Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate scheduling, agendas, board packs, and meeting logistics for Global Atlantic boards and committees.
  • •Draft meeting minutes, serve as a point of contact for independent directors, senior executives, and external service providers, and distribute meeting materials via board software.
  • •Maintain board and corporate action calendars and corporate governance frameworks, including coordination of governance best practices globally.
  • •Draft corporate resolutions and manage governance formalities such as signing authorities, powers of attorney, and director appointments/resignations.
  • •Maintain governance document repositories, coordinate legal review of insurance regulatory annual filings, monitor regulatory commitments, and manage governance-related service provider relationships and board portal access.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of corporate governance or corporate secretary experience in financial services, insurance, or asset management.
  • •Strong understanding of board governance, corporate formalities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Experience supporting multiple boards and committees simultaneously.
  • •Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • •Experience with governance/corporate secretary tools such as board portal systems (NBV, Diligent) and legal entity management systems (GEMs or similar).
