Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of managers, engineers, and technicians to maintain operational integrity of structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems across multiple facilities.
  • •Oversee capital equipment installations, subcontracted services, and supplier relationships for facility upgrades and expansions.
  • •Develop plans, RFQs, RFIs, and specifications, and write scopes of work and maintain project drawings and records while managing budgeting and invoice processing.
  • •Direct workflow for contract project managers, facilitate communication during emergencies, and drive consensus through negotiations.
  • •Execute change management and communication for projects, oversee safety and reliability, and support construction ramps and factory commissioning.
