Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to support new business, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell across North America.
  • •Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business needs, credit workflows, and potential use cases.
  • •Prepare product demonstrations, client materials, and tailored value propositions to support solution-oriented sales engagements.
  • •Develop and communicate expertise in the Credit Risk Solutions portfolio, explaining credit risk concepts, scoring outputs, ratings-related content, financial data, and workflow tools.
  • •Gather and share client feedback and market insights with Product Management, Sales, and regional leadership to support product launches, go-to-market, and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in credit risk, financial markets, commercial banking, capital markets, investment management, market data, financial technology, consulting, product specialist, pre-sales, credit analysis, or solutions consulting roles.
  • •Strong understanding of credit risk, financial statement analysis, credit scoring, ratings, counterparty risk, portfolio monitoring, and/or financial data workflows.
  • •Willingness to travel as needed across the region, in accordance with company policy.
  • •Develop strong knowledge of the Credit Risk Solutions portfolio, including related datasets, workflows, and analytical capabilities.
  • •Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities across clients, segments, and internal teams.
