Key Responsibilities

•Lead Forma Industry Cloud strategy and go-to-market direction, setting priorities and guiding where to invest and differentiate.
•Use qualitative and quantitative data (and AI and available tools) to turn customer, market, competitive, and product signals into an actionable point of view.
•Guide pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption to communicate how Forma delivers value across planning, design, and delivery.
•Evangelize Forma internally and externally, representing it with customers, partners, and at industry events, and share customer stories and outcomes.
•Partner across product, global strategy, sales, marketing, customer success, and industry leadership to align positioning, priorities, and execution.

Key Requirements

•10+ years across strategy, go-to-market, product, or management consulting, with significant time in or close to the AEC industry.
•Proven track record leading teams and shaping strategy that delivers measurable business results.
•Deep understanding of AEC workflows and opportunities for digital transformation across the built environment.
•Demonstrated experience representing a product or company externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events.
•Strong command of data and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and inform decisions, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
