Job Summary

Lead a team of AEM Authors in delivering high-quality web and landing page content experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You’ll oversee authoring and publishing, ensure correct use of templates/components/content fragments and metadata, and validate UX, brand, SEO, and accessibility standards. Partner with Digital Strategists, Channel Leads, Marketing, UX, and other cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and scale compliant digital content workflows in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of AEM Authors responsible for digital content execution and delivery, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines, SLAs, and business objectives.
•Oversee authoring and publishing of web pages and digital experiences in AEM, including complex page builds, personalization setups, and component configurations.
•Partner with Digital Strategists, Channel Leads, Marketing Managers, and UX teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables; lead intake, estimation, and planning for AEM initiatives.
•Drive consistent content delivery workflows, including approvals, publishing, and release management, while identifying opportunities to scale production.
•Establish and enforce QA and governance standards across content builds, ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and compliance/regulatory requirements for published content.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•7+ years of experience in digital content authoring, web content management, or digital delivery.
•2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team in a digital or marketing delivery environment.
•Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites).
•Strong understanding of component-based authoring, templates, metadata, and publishing workflows (including Content as a Service/Content Supply Management).
